Meeting and Greeting visitors at all levels of seniority operation
Outdoor operation, CEO operator, Organizing and Maintaining diaries and Making appointments
Dealing with incoming email, faxes, Corresponding on behalf of CEO
Take minutes, Settle all kinds of documents when CEO is absented
Participating party when CEO is not available
Arranging travel and Accommodation and Occasionally
Travelling with the CEO to take notes or direction at meetings or to provide general support for CEO
Requirements:
Three to four years of experience in equivalent position with well known law of Cambodia or Accounting system,
Female or Male Khmer Nationality
Bachelor Degree Business of Law
Ability to work under pressure with strong work commitment
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment whilst establish priorities, Good interpersonal skills, Initiative, Self-motivated, Pleasant personality
Good computer with Microsoft Office & Outlook
Excellent oral and written in English
