I. General Manager: Basing in Phnom Penh

Duties:

  1. Oversee the whole operation of the company.
  2. Develop short & medium, long-term plan for the company.
  3. Fix the budgets of all the operational activities and departments.
  4. Meet with clients, future business partners and other important stakeholders.
  5. Expand the business of the company.
  6. Conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
  7. Conduct press conferences on behalf of the company.
  8. Create a good working environment for employees.
  9. Take responsibility of the profits of the company and set targets for them to achieve.
  10. Do the risk assessment for the future business prospects.
  11. Look after all the legal issues of the company.
  12. Report to directors

Requirements:

  1. Master Degree of Business Management or Engineering or Architecture
  2. At least 5years experience in equivalent position related to real estate industry.
  3. Ability to excel in a fast paced environment whilst establish priorities, good interpersonal skills, initiative, self-motivated, pleasant personality.
  4. Excellent in English Languages.
