Property & Investment

The main activities of our Property Division centre on investment and prime property development. The subsidiaries of our Property division include:

HLH Development Pte Ltd
(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS RC INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT PTE LTD)

Incorporated in 2004 to undertake property development and investments, particularly in industrial park & commercial properties locally and overseas. It is now reformed as one of the main core business arm the Group holding the construction and property division.

 

Lithium Development Pte Ltd
(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS PDC INVESTMENTS PTE LTD)

This subsidiary was incorporated in 2002. In 2006, it had undertaken to develop a 14- storey light industrial building D’ Lithium at No. 82, Playfair Road. This development has achieved 100% sales and was completed in 2008.

 

Castilia Development Pte Ltd

Incorporated in 2007 to undertake another new boutique apartment consisting of 28 units at No. 45 Joo Chiat Lane. The sales launch of D’Castilia will be in end July 2010.

 

Fresco Development Pte Ltd
(PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS H.A.I.G. INVESTMENTS PTE LTD)

Incorporated in 2007 to develop 30 units of boutique residential apartment at No. 58 Joo Chiat Lane in district 15. D’Fresco had achieved 100% sales and is expected to complete in end 2010.

 

Almira Development Pte Ltd

Incorporated in 2008 to undertake a new boutique apartment consisting of 25 units at No. 33, 35 Sommerville Road. D’Almira had achieved 100% sales and is expected to complete in 2Q/ 3Q 2011.

The division has made forays into the residential and commercial properties in Singapore.
